Lighting in the world of photography are very important due to the prospect of making a photo look well or not. To the viewers eye, no one wants to look at a dim picture that is hard to see, nor do they want to look at an overly washed photo as well. It just doesn't fit into the well composition. With the right lightening and perfectly used exposure will make the photo amazing. Just want to S/O to UEA weekend. I am stoked beyond stoked. Just glad that this "guy" is coming in clutch. Can't wait to take a nice vacation, its been real! #youalreadyknow #itsthurdsay
I love this guy! I choose him for the photography biography project last year and I learned a lot from him. This quote to me is one of my favorites. To me its saying, this is how Ansel Adams shares his feelings, with pictures, and if a photo doesn't turn out for him. He will just keep it to himself and enjoy the beauty of the world around him.
For my future in photography. I would really love to work with Gopro. Its an awesome way of taking photography. Doing things you love, and with a small versatile camera. The possibilities are endless! To make there videos and help with the photo of the days would be awesome. It is a dream, and sort of an obsession. Trying to get the best photos with the awesome Gopro.
In my opinion, its all about creativity. They way the photographer takes the shot can make or break the photo. Quality is also a good addition to it all. If the picture is perfectly clear, then you know its a great photo. All in all, if you really try your best in getting a photograph, then chances are it will be a great one. (:
Shooting with L:ight and Shadow was seriously so much fun. I have never done anything up this alley and it was cool to do something new. While doing this photo shoot, I wanted to incorporate A shadow within a shadow, where one shadow is different from the other. Problems that I face, was getting the shadow, exactly where I want it. I made things complicated by trying to get my bike shadow into the portrait. But we couldn't fit in on the white plain surface. Success that I had, was getting the photos and lighting to look really good in the low light. And the shadows that were created really came to life and I was happy about that. Things that I enjoyed with this shoot, were hanging with my mom and setting up the shoot area. Had some good times.
To hear this quote, as a professional photographer, it would mean a lot to me as it shows that because of life and what it offers, we have photography. We must enjoy life and see in the world that happiness and joy, photography is only a step further, by capturing those amazing moments in life that we all should love.
So, when I decided my idea for my portrait presentation, I had to think outside the box. The question was, how could I fit 7 or 8 of myself in the same photo, with each single "me" would be doing something different in the photo that describes who I am. With careful planning I decided that I tripod and steady hand would do. So I will have one background picture and then each of "me" would be layers over the background. Using tedious eraser work and selection keys, Its actually starting to look like what I imagined it would be.
